Please read these terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Lou'Lou' application ("Software") provided by Lou'Lou' ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. Grant of License:

The Licensor grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on your personal Android device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions and Obligations:

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

1. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
2. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Software, or any features or functionality of the Software, to any third party for any reason, except for redistributing the unmodified APK as obtained from this official download page, free of charge, and with clear attribution to the source (this page).
3. Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Software.
4. Use the Software for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
5. Use the Software to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content or materials that are:
   1. Sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or indecent.
   2. Related to or promoting illegal drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia.
   3. Defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive.
   4. Promoting or inciting violence, terrorism, or other illegal acts.
   5. Infringing on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
   6. Harmful to minors in any way.
   7. Containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines or code that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptititiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.

3. Intellectual Property:

The Software is licensed, not sold, to you. You acknowledge that the Software and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated therewith are, and shall remain, the property of the Licensor.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (Liability Message):

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR, ON ITS OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.
WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING, THE LICENSOR PROVIDES NO WARRANTY OR UNDERTAKING, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULTS, BE COMPATIBLE, OR WORK WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE, APPLICATIONS, SYSTEMS, OR SERVICES, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, MEET ANY PERFORMANCE OR RELIABILITY STANDARDS, OR BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS CAN OR WILL BE CORRECTED.

5. Limitation of Liability (Liability Message):

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE LICENSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF ITS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES (OTHER THAN AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN CASES INVOLVING PERSONAL INJURY) EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

6. Termination:

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction - e.g., Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding your use of the Software and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral understandings and agreements.

By downloading, installing, or using the Lou'Lou' application, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
